I like to observe small creatures, such as butterflies, dragonflies and ants because I can feel the power of natural life. I also feel the possibility for evolution from the way they transform their bodies.

2009The work is the original plate for 'Camouflage Series'. I kept thinking that the plate itself is also beautiful pieces of art and explored the way to present the plate as an art work. It was made by cardboard, and then put shellac. Therefore the plate was hard enough to produce embossed prints. The plate was hung with small pins against the wall, so it will create subtle shadow on the wall.

2008I printed the image with etching plate on the cloth, and then I made the cloth into a bag. The image was printed on the front and back with green and orange colors.
